Returns
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Return Process
Contact Us: Email us at Healwithpaigeuk@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorisation: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
Ship Your Item: Securely pack your item in its original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number, and ship it to the address provided.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £150. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

If the product is not in stock, orders will be processed immediately and you will notified with an approximate delivery date which is normally 10 -12 business days.
